In this modern age the computer is a vital part of our lives. With sophisticated software applications being developed all the time, giving you the ability to do things better & quicker. More and more features are being packed into the latest versions of some of the great applications available today as well as brand new applications.
But what about when these sophisticated applications or features simply don't work? Or when you don't know how to get them to work as they were intended. Worse than that, what about when the user is presented with a problem he or she cannot resolve?
Sound Familiar...read on!
For instance, when your computer becomes infected by a virus or pop-ups, that you cannot seem to get rid of?
Or that latest software application you just spent all your hard earned cash on sits in the box because you can't seem to make it work?
There is always a solution but finding the right solution to your problem can be a problem in itself. If and when you have found the right solution you might not have the necessary skills to carry out the complex and detailed instructions explaining how to resolve it.

Here are a few common scenarios of seeking resolutions.
You can call the family or friendly Computer Whiz - who then may have to make a journey to your house to look at the issue. They try all they know to resolve the problem, they may even get further with it than yourself. What if he or she cannot resolve your problem or lacks the necessary knowledge to correct the issue?

You can take your computer to a local PC repair centre, which would undoubtedly involve you disconnecting all the wires and attached devices, loading it into your car and driving it across town to the repair centre. You might then be required to leave the machine behind for a number of days while someone gets around to taking a look at the problem. Later, you return to collect your machine to be told...
"I'm sorry but the specific problem you are experiencing is related to a particular application, and although we have tried to resolve the issue we don't have the necessary in depth knowledge about this application to fix it for you".
Dissatisfied with this, you would pay them for their time and efforts and return home. Possibly then to find that you cannot remember which cable goes where, or how to get it working again before you dismantled it. Frustrated by this you might leave the machine in the corner of the room to collect dust.

What if there was an alternative which meant you didn't have to haul the machine across town or disconnect a single cable?
What if there was someone online who can provide help, someone who you could discuss your problem with?
Someone who already possesses the necessary knowledge about the specific application your having an issue with?
What if this person was able to assist you ONLINE and help you resolve the problem together LIVE!
