| Support Engineer Fees |
There’s no costly subscription fee and you only pay for the support you provide to Clients.
Billing is charged when you are providing support and actively connected to a Client computer.
When you connect to a Client computer and provide support, the time you are connected is added to your billable time. The cost per minute is £0.15 UK pence (including local tax). This is a low competitive rate and much cheaper than other online support tool providers.
In addition it is worth mentioning that other online remote support providers do not introduce Support Engineers to Clients or vice versa. We feel this to be a unique feature of IntelliFix, which will open new business avenues and introduce new Clients to Support Engineers.
Why do we only bill Support Engineers for online time, and not Clients too?
All the money you earn from being a Support Engineer and providing support to Clients is paid directly to you by the Client. Whilst the Client must use our Website when making payment all the rates or fees you agreed with the Client are paid to the Support Engineer. These fees are paid directly to your own PayPal account, and we do not take commission for the support you provide.
For Example:
If you work on a support job which takes you 20 minutes and your fee to the Client is £20.00 GBP (including local tax) for the Support you provide, the Client pays you the Full £20.00 fee. Having conducted the support session in 20 minutes, you would owe IntelliFix £3.00 for the 20 minutes of online time using our remote support tool. With £17 in the bank we feel this is a cost effective solution for both client and engineer.
Note: If you do not already have a PayPal account, you will need to set one up before you can provide support using IntelliFix.
