Rapid Support and Security Concerns
Your customer is likely to have security concerns when it comes to remote support tools. With this concern in mind we made sure that the customer is in overall control of a session at all times and can see exactly what is being done on the computer.
If your customer would only like you to see a single application they are running instead of the entire desktop, this is also an option. When the customer shares a single (or multiple) running application, the support engineer only has the ability to see the application he or she has been permitted to see, with all it's child windows. Whilst the customer continue's to see everything on the PC screen.
Mouse and Keyboard control are shared during a session, and your customer only has to click his or her mouse to regain control. Once the customer has taken control back - the engineer must request it again and therefore cannot control the PC any further without the user's express permission.
