Rapid Support Costs
Rapid support enables you to connect to your customers desktop with the minimum of effort. With the customers permission:- Take control of the computer, Transfer Files, Reboot and Reconnect.
The pricing is based on a monthly per seat license fee starting from £35 per seat. There are no customer (the individual being supported) session fees. |

For an additional customer friendly experience why not add site branding
Site branding example is a URL mycompany.intellifix.com. This option provides you with a unique site branding to look like your own personal website at a small one off additional charge of £225.00. We create site branding using your own site colour scheme, company logo, site specific information, and upto 6 images.
