How it works

When your customer has a problem on their PC they want a quick response and quick resolution to get them back to work. Rapid Support allows you to create a support session between you and your customer's PC, allowing your to assist or take control to speed up the repair.

How it works:



Rapid Support join session page

Step 1: The customer is directed to the rapid support join session page. From here the customer enters a unique session number provided by the support engineer, and some information about themselves.


The activeX installer pushes the required client software onto their PC



Client joins support session

Step2: The support representative is asked to join the client in the remote sharing session

Step3: Begin a remote desktop sharing session with your customer, allowing you to repair their problem in record time.
