When you select an expert, you can discuss your problem in detail, chat about how the problem can be solved, and then negotiate on the price for the expert's help.

Clicking the mouse takes away the experts assistance and put you back in control, you have total control of the session at all times.

Screen sharing was developed with security in mind at all times. During a screen sharing session mouse and keyboard control are passed back and forth between you and the expert.

This means the expert has to ask for control to be granted to him or her during a session.
