When to leave Feedback

 

Once a job is completed, whether it was completed successfully or not, you and the Support Engineer will be required to leave feedback regarding the job and each other.

You will have 7 days after the job has been closed within which to leave feedback for the Support Engineer. The Support Engineer will also be required to leave feedback about you the client.

Once a job has been closed, a reminder will appear each time you login to the IntelliFix website until you have left feedback for the Support Engineer. This reminder will appear under ‘My IntelliFix’ (as shown in Figure 17).

If you do not provide feedback within 7 days website functionality will be restricted until feedback has been left. You will not be able to request any further quotations and you will be unable to login to the ActiveX application.
