What is our ActiveX Application?

 

Our ActiveX control application is a remote support package that allows both the client and engineer to communicate by opening a chat dialogue window. The client and support engineer will be able to view each others profiles and feedback before dealing with each other. The ActiveX control allows you as a client to request a quotation from a Support Engineer. You will then be able to give permission for the Support Engineer to access your PC via the ActiveX Online control.

 

All functions are permission based and as the client you have overall control.
