You don’t have to be a
Software Support Professional or trainer to become a Support Engineer but you
must have moderate to advanced technical ability. If you feel you have the
ability to help clients then you can upgrade and become an IntelliFix Support
Engineer. If you register as an Engineer you can still be a client and request
jobs from other Support Engineers.
