Searching for a Support Engineer by username

 

You must know the Support Engineers’ username to use this section.

1.   Firstly click on the ‘Find Support Engineer’s by username’ link.

2.   A search box will appear and you will be required to enter the Support Engineers username and click on ‘search’.

3.   If the correct username has been entered then the Support Engineer will be displayed. If the username is incorrect then you will have to search for the Support Engineer either by entering a keyword(s) or by selecting a category from the drop down list.
