Searching for an Engineer using the Categories
Drop Down list
All of the categories are displayed
in alphabetical order.
1. Select a category from the drop down list.
2. The sub-section category will be displayed.
3. Select an option from the sub-section category list.
4. A list of the Support Engineers that have selected to support that program in their profile will be displayed.

Example 1:
If you
were having problems with Microsoft Word you would do the
following: 1. Select ‘Microsoft’ from the Category drop down list. 2. The sub-section category will appear, click on the ‘Word’ option 3. A list of Support Engineers will be returned who have selected Word in their profile of programs they support |
