Searching for an Engineer using a Keyword(s)
In the search field, enter one or more keywords that relates to your problem. The search facility will match keywords to the specific categories and return a list of Support Engineers that have registered with any of those specific categories.

If you were having problems with Adobe Photoshop you would do the following:
1. Add the keywords Adobe Photoshop in the search field 2. Click on the ‘search’ button 3. Click the option/topic that applies to your problem 4. A list of Support Engineers will be returned who have selected Photoshop in their profile of programs they support. |
