Receiving a Quotation via online ActiveX Control

 

If you are sent a quotation via the ActiveX control:

 

•      The chat window will update, displaying the details of the quotation proposed by the engineer.

•      You will be required to either accept or decline the quotation.

•     

•     
Make sure that you agree to the payment fee and method before accepting the quote
