Receiving a Quotation via offline messaging

If the Support Engineer sends your quotation while you are offline, the Support Engineer will be redirected to the website and will be able to send you a quotation via offline messaging.

The next time you login to the IntelliFix website, you will be notified that you have a new message in your inbox.

To access your messages simply:

1.   Click on ‘My Profile’ from the navigation menu.

2.   Click on offline messages.

3.   Open the message containing the quotation.

4.   You will be required to either accept or reject the quotation. Make sure that you are happy with the payment fee and method before accepting the quotation.

5.   Any quotations that require payment upfront will need to be paid using PayPal. You do not need to be a registered user of PayPal in order to use this facility. You will be required to provide payment before your problem can be fixed.

Accepting/Rejecting a Quotation

A Support Engineer can choose to decline a quotation request but they will be required to give a reason for their rejection. You will be notified by email if the support engineer has rejected to submit a quotation for your job.

You as a client will also have the option to decline a quotation but you will be required to supply a reason for your rejection. Support Engineers will be given the option to re-quote for the job.

Any quotations that are rejected or jobs that don’t take place are recorded and displayed in the ‘History’ section
