There is the option to pay a single agreed amount for a job or pay an hourly fee. The engineer will specify in their profile the payment methods that they will accept. You and the engineer will need to agree the payment methods before accepting a quotation.

it may take to complete the job.

If you agree to pay an hourly fee
then the final amount will be calculated based on the number of minutes spent on
the job, which will be rounded up to the nearest whole minute. The IntelliFix
billing system will record the amount of time the Support Engineer has spent
connected to your PC via the ActiveX Control.
