How to access a Support Engineer’s Profile

 

1.   You will first need to search for the Support Engineer if you haven’t already done so.

2.   When the results have been returned, click on the Support Engineer’s name.

3.   The profile for that particular Support Engineer will be displayed.

4.   You can then view various information about that Engineer before making contact.
