By default online and offline Engineers will not be displayed unless you specify otherwise. This can be done by clicking on the drop down menu and selecting offline Support Engineers.

When the search has returned its results you will be presented with a list of Support Engineers that have specified your selected program in their supported programs categories. If for example you searched for the Program ‘Microsoft Word’, all Engineers that have ‘Microsoft Word’ in their supported programs category will be returned.

The search results also provide the following information:
• Online/offline status
• Support Engineer’s name
• Number of jobs that they have been performed within that week
• Average job cost
• PayPal verified
• The amount of time they have spent online
• Their reputation
• The number of programs that they support.
All Featured Support Engineers will be displayed at the top, followed by Support Engineers that are online.
