Feedback is made up of comments
and ratings. You will receive feedback from Support Engineers but you will also
be required to provide feedback for all Support Engineers that have carried out
a job for you. These comments and ratings are valuable indicators to the
reputation of you as a client but also to Support Engineers and their future
clients.
