In order for any support to take
place, the ActiveX control must be installed on your computer. To install the
ActiveX follow these simple steps:
• Login into your account and click on ‘My Profile’ from the navigation menu.
• Click on ‘ActiveX’ from the personal details menu and follow the instructions.

The wizard will guide you through downloading the ActiveX controls and viewing the progress of download and installation.
