All jobs that you request must be fixed using the ActiveX control (see the ‘Getting Started’ section for details on installing the ActiveX control).
To access the ActiveX Control at any point simply:
• Right click on the IntelliFix icon on your system tray and select ‘log In’
• Alternatively select IntelliFix from your start menu.
• The IntelliFix Log in box will appear and you will be required to enter your IntelliFix username and password to gain access.
If you are logged into the ActiveX control and appear online the Support Engineer will send you an invitation to join the ActiveX control session. You will have to accept the invitation in order for your problem to be fixed.
If the current time is not convenient then you can reject the invitation and the Support Engineer will be notified. The job session will not be active until the invitation has been accepted.
If you agree an alternative time with the Support Engineer then ensure you are logged into the ActiveX at the agreed time.
